Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. Through procuring our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.


Ordering Information

To place an order please fill up our order form by clicking on the link.

An invoice will then be send to you within the next 2 working days.


Payment

We accept POSB/DBS and UOB. Order(s) will be reserved for 12 hours upon receiving an invoice. All orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within this stipulated timeframe. Cancelled orders cannot be reversed and Love MonaLisa will not be held liable if the payment details are not provided for within this timeframe.

Products

Love MonaLisa makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.
A difference of 0.5”-1” between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.

Love MonaLisa will not be liable for merchandise purchased from third party.

Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore).
Love MonaLisa will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer/ visitor opt for normal/ regular postage.

Price are not inclusive of postage charges unless otherwise stated. Postage charges are based on the weight item(s). 1 item: $1.50 and above. 3 items: Free registered mail. Kindly note that we are liable to any mail loss. You may opt for registered mail at a additional cost of $2.50.

Exchange

Exchanges are available for only defects item(s). All exchange items must be in original conditions, unwashed and unworn to be eligible. Defects item must be mail back within 5 days once we acknowledge your mail, lest exchange will be invalid. Once item received, we will mail the new item within the next 3 working days.
Please note that goods sold are non-refundable.
